Founded in 1983, our mission was and continues to be about connecting people as well as electronic parts. From our humble beginnings MicroTek has grown steadily, continually adding customers and new projects that increased employment. Along the way, we acquired tooling, industry knowledge and marketing savvy and began growing – all while fostering a corporate culture that includes and values diversity and differences. As a non- profit, our goal has never been the bottom-line, rather, we search for the right partners and opportunities that help us expand our mission. More than forty years later that is still true: We have shown that a successful company can support a diverse and integrated workforce.
